Before finalising your celebration plans at Partyhouse Studios

We kindly ask that you carefully read and understand our Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with your booking at Partyhouse Studios, you acknowledge that you have comprehended and consent to these terms.

Booking Party You, as the organiser of the event, are hereby designated as “the Hirer.” Your booking for an event at Partyhouse Studios is predicated on your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the party.

Full Payment: Full payment for the party package is required at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Rescheduling Policy: Parties may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cake, Entertainer, and Food: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event date for cake, entertainer, or food services will result in forfeiture of payment. These services are non-refundable.
• Spa Services: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event date for spa services will result in forfeiture of payment. Spa services are non-refundable.

Wearing Socks: Guests must wear socks when participating in disco or spa activities. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the activities.

COVID-19 Policy In the event that COVID-19 regulations affect your planned event, we offer the option to postpone, but not cancel, with no refunds provided.

Hirer’s Responsibility The safety and supervision of all children and guests present at Partyhouse Studios are the direct responsibilities of the Hirer.

Allergies The Hirer is responsible for managing any allergies of children attending the event. Partyhouse Studios does not accept responsibility for allergic reactions. Parents of children with serious allergies are required to remain on-site for the duration of the event and are responsible for the administration of any necessary treatments, such as EpiPens, as our staff are not authorised to do so.

Damages and Lost Property Partyhouse Studios is not liable for any personal, equipment, or merchandise losses or damages incurred before, during, or after the event. The Hirer agrees to indemnify Partyhouse Studios from any claims of loss or damage.

Venue Damage Should any Partyhouse Studios property or equipment be damaged during your event, the Hirer will be held responsible for the costs of repairs or replacement.

Catering Policy Partyhouse Studios provides all food and beverages. Externally sourced party bags and cakes are permitted, provided they are nut-free and prepared in a professional commercial kitchen.

Cakeage Fee Please note a cakeage fee of $50 applies if you choose to bring your own cake.

Gifts and Presents It is the Hirer’s duty to collect all gifts and presents at the conclusion of the event. Partyhouse Studios is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Lost Property Items found post-event will be retained for 7 days before being discarded if not claimed.

Arrival Times To facilitate seamless event setup, we request no early arrivals beyond 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. Should you wish to access the venue earlier, additional charges may apply subject to availability.

Departure Times Please ensure that you and your guests vacate the premises promptly at the end of your booked time to avoid additional charges. Partyhouse Studios hosts multiple events per day and adhering to the schedule is essential.

Access Partyhouse Studios is unable to accommodate prams or pushers. Wheelchair access is available in our main room only due to the absence of elevator access to upper levels.

Smoking Policy Partyhouse Studios strictly prohibits smoking or vaping. We reserve the right to remove any individual not complying with this policy, which includes our outdoor areas.

Alcohol Partyhouse Studios does not permit the serving of liquor. However, adult evening functions may include BYO Champagne for an additional fee.

Photo Policy

By attending any event or session at Partyhouse Studios, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and videos may be taken during these activities. These photos and videos may be used by Partyhouse Studios for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials.

If you do not wish for your or your child's photos or videos to be used in this manner, please inform us in writing prior to the event or session. We will make every effort to respect your privacy and accommodate your request.

Unforeseen Circumstances Partyhouse Studios reserves the right to cancel any event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather damage, fire, or electrical issues. In such rare instances, we are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur.
